The installation was funded by a Massachusetts Electric Vehicle Incentive Program (MassEVIP) Public Access Charging (PAC) grant through the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP).
Rowley Municipal Lighting Plant would like to thank the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection along with the Board of Library Trustees, Library Director Pam Jacobson, Town Administrator Debbie Eagan and her staff, Rowley Highway Department, as well as the Rowley Selectman for their help in making this happen.

We appealed to local residential and business customers on our website, on social media and via mail inserts to help by making donations to the Fund’s 2021 “Give the Gift of Warmth” campaign. The increase in applications for economic assistance brought on by the impact of the pandemic made this appeal necessary.
