Incentives Available for a limited time

Due to the popularity of the DOER’s MLP Solar Program, Rowley Municipal Lighting Plant is continuing to offer a rebate on solar projects and is accepting applications until further notice.

RMLP's Solar Rebate Program features generous incentives for Residential Solar Installations:

Rebate of 60¢ per watt, or up to a total of a $6,000 maximum match for qualifying 0-10kw Solar Power Systems for primary residences in Rowley.

The first step is to complete an Interconnection/Net Metering & Compliance Application and submit it to RMLP for approval.
