RMLP's new Online Billing and Payment Solution powered by InvoiceCloud®, offers you more ways to view and pay your electric bill—plus the addition of 24/7 Phone Payments and Pay By Text. Customers can also receive and view bills electronically, make a payment with Credit/Debit Card or e-Check, and choose to go Paperless.
A quick, one-time payment can be made without registering. Or—you can create an account to enjoy more features like setting up automatic payments, saving payment information for later use and viewing history.
To circumvent mail delivery delays, the U.S. Postal Service recently announced mail delivery delays affecting first-class mail. These delays will likely impact when you receive your electric bill from us and when we receive your payment. To ensure we receive your payment promptly, we encourage all customers to enroll in Paperless Billing and pay bills online!
Most importantly, ratepayers will still have the option of coming into the office, using the mail system, and the drop box at the end of the walkway. Mark your calendar…soon, you’ll be able to put away your checkbooks and pay electronically!

- Pay by Text – get Text Notifications about your bill and have the option to Pay By Text message with your default payment method. (Sign up when making an online payment or within your account.)
