Rowley Municipal Lighting Plant is excited to announce that we will be launching a new and improved bill payment portal coming soon! Our new customer portal will provide a user-friendly way to view and pay your bills online. You will be able to Schedule Payments, set it and forget it with AutoPay, enroll in Paperless Billing, and more. It's simple, safe, and secure!
Please Note: You will need to re-register and re-enroll in AutoPay once the new system is live to use this service. We will send out an additional email with steps on how to re-enroll once the new system is live.
No action needs to be taken at this time.

Most importantly, ratepayers will still have the option of coming into the office, using the mail system, and the drop box at the end of the walkway. Mark your calendar… Soon, you’ll be able to put away your checkbooks and pay electronically!
